Hi, I'm Christian.

By day I run value realization for one of the world's largest biopharma companies. I lead the development of our in-house tools, shape our standards and processes, and work with leaders and their teams to make sure big investments actually pay off. Off-hours I build side projects, train for a triathlon, explore Austin's culinary scene, travel, and sometimes carry a camera or fly a drone.

Outside the day job, I take on a small number of advisory engagements. They tend to be a few kinds: shaping the operating model an organization runs on, getting hands-on with teams to put something real in front of users, or helping a local business use technology, AI included, to run better and serve customers better.
