• Product Coach

  An AI coach for thinking through product decisions. Early days.

• Change Management Coach

  An AI partner for change work: stakeholder maps, resistance planning, and rollout communications.

• Halflife

  Everyone else shows what's posted; this shows what's real. A watcher crawls seven companies' career sites every 15 minutes and pings my phone when the right posting appears. The record it keeps shows how long each posting has really been open, including relistings and quietly reset dates.

• Worktree Arena

  Three AI coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini — build the same feature from the same rubric in parallel worktrees, then blind-review each other's anonymized diffs under a rotating judge and ten hard pass/fail gates. The final merge combines the best parts of each attempt.

• Movie Club

  The clubhouse for our nine-person movie club: RSVPs, standings, superlatives, and past reviews. No recommendation algorithms — we pick what we watch.

• Habibitat

  Scores where you might live, not just what you'd pay — rental comps and a fair-price rating layered with block-level safety, air quality, greenery, real walkability, and commute times to the places that matter to you. Results show as a profile rather than a single score, and you set the weights.

• Streaming Economics Unwrapped

  Fourteen years of my extended streaming history, used to unpack the economics of streaming — what my listening actually paid the artists I love, and where the money goes between my subscription and them.

• Open-Loop GM

  Fantasy football Moneyball, run as a persistent, open-loop system: a proxy GM that carries keeper valuations, trade notes, and market signals from season to season, and surfaces only the important decisions. I make the calls. Reigning UFFL champion.
